Where to send goods?
As we are no longer needing donations to send to Russia, the only goods we still need are items for auction. In most cases, it is better if you keep your item/s until they have been sold and then you can mail them directly to the buyer. Please contact us though to let us know what you have available for us to auction.
Where to send cash donations?
Donations can be accepted by cash, cheque and money order.
To donate cash in person, please contact us at nicole(at)therapydogs(dot)org(dot)au a drop off meeting place in Brisbane. If you wish to mail a donation, please mail a cheque or money order, rather than cash. Direct deposit is available if required, however for security reasons we will not be posting bank account details on this site - they will be provided if you contact us directly. As Nappies for Russia is not a registered entity, we cannot accept cheques in this name. Cheques should be made out to Nicole Hargreaves or to Ashgrove Baptist Church (who are able to clear cheques for us), with a note attached clearly marking it “Nappies for Russia”. We will be paying for the nappies that are purchased and the postage and your donation will be acknowledged and put aside for this purpose only. If you would like to donate via a trust fund or via a business for tax purposes, please contact us for information on how to go about doing this.
I intended to send a receipt to all cash donors, however most people have not provided me with their details to do so. I am still very happy to send a receipt if you require one, but please do make sure to include your details clearly with your donation!
